Heath Evans Hating on the Dolphins on NFLN

Players get a few championship rings, get on a show where they are paid for their opinion and then act like they know something about the NFL.

Crazy stuff.

The honest truth is that no one but V Davis, S Smith and some Dolphins fans think they are the best pair of cornerbacks in the NFL.

In real life they are not the best in the league and from time to time when you boast about something, people will call you out about it.
 
Heath Evans is garbage. He comes off like a smug ahole who thinks he is a hall of famer in his own mind. I am surprised NFLN hired him, but it shouldnt be too surprising since they have a tradition of hiring abrasive loudmouths like Michael Irvin, Deion Sanders and Jamie Dukes.

Guys that have played in the NFL, especially long time players, no more about football than the rest of us will ever know.

Now theres a valid point.

I would hope former players would know more than you and I, though.

Vontae, without an iota of a doubt, deserves to get criticized, doged, called out. But personally, I love it. Swagger, in my opinion, is a must. A friend of mine has (mind you, still has) a man crush on Dan Marino and he tells me that when he met Dan, he wanted to punch Dan in the face. The guy was a rooster (<figure it out). You gotta cary yourself like a god so you can become one on the field.

Evans took a cheap shot at miami's offense since Bush clearly adds another dimension plus isn't on the field to save dbs from getting burned whether it's after just scoring or punting. Not to change the topic but Sanchez sucks and so do Jest fans.

This kind of homerism is awesome because I love to see the love but come on... a cheap shot at our offense? Watching paint dry comes in a close second to this offense- I'm talking finish line photo here.
 
i'm far from a homer. you missed the point and besides, this offense looks infinitely more interesting than last years. maybe you just like paint a lot.

Touche. I actually love the smell of paint oddly enough.

Enlighten me. What was the point? And don't be mean about it. I wasn't trying to offend you. If you think honesty is a cheap shot, there is definitely something awry. Our offense, based on last year, was atrocious. Forget what you see in the preseason. It's, well, preseason. Our offense based on criticsm from last year, was just merely, and again we're talkin photo line finish here, more productive, and efficient, and entertaining as watching paint dry. Atleast, I can enjoy the smell of paint. The stench at ol' Joe Robbie is unbearable (these are the words of a die-hard fan believe it or not).
