How the heck do I contact a moderator on here???

I was given a warning and my sig was removed. Stated that this was my second warning blah blah blah... I'm new here and new to Forums in general and thought that this could have been handled MUCH more professionally...

I'm an IT professional and don't appreciate being bashed by the "mod". I realize what is involved in most processes and have a really hard time finding specifications on this type of thing. It's not like I posted too large of a sig on purpose... :confused:

I'm not the one who removed your sig.... but I can tell you that it was over the limit.
I'm sorry if you feel it wasn't handled professionally, however, sometimes when a Mod or Admin edits a sig, the notation doesn't always come across the right way.

I realize you didn't do it on purpose, and being an IT professional myself, I certainly understand your frustration. For future reference:

Please keep the dimensions within the 400x300 pixel range and below 40k in size. Exceptions can be made if a signature is wider than 400 pixels, but much shorter than 300 pixels in height (a banner for example).

Yup i've had some nice sigs removed cause they were over 40k...hell some of the best sigs i've seen were taken down cause of that reason

There's a moderator whose signature is a bit over the 40 KB mark, and my last signature was around 45kb. Now, I was told by a mod that as long as it's only a BIT over (meaning not up to 50kb or anything like that), then it's straight. But instead, I get threatened to have my "signature privaledges" (as if I'm a child or something) removed. I don't appreciate the way some of the mods handle things around here either. I sense disrespect and abusing power..

Seriously, I don't care if it's the internet...I don't appreciate anybody speaking down to me as if they're my boss. I think this place would be much more professional if the moderator who edits posts/sigs/etc. would leave their name at the end of their "explanation" so it can be handled via PM.

It doesn't matter, whoever edits my sigs always talk down to me, and they do it to everybody else. There isn't a single member on this forum...admin, super mod, mod, member, whatever...who is superior to one another. Point is, there are a lot of members who are a bit over 40kb, including a MOD...but obviously, I'm a "target"...that's why I've always said that Muck deals with members the correct way, and I'm not taking shots at anyone because I don't even know who is editing the signatures and all of that nonsense.

I don't really care though. I'm just voicing my opinion.

Try worrying more about you following the rules, and not about other members... we'll worry about the other members...however, if you notice someone breaking TOS... simply report them, and we'll handle it.
Again...this is not the first time you've had your sig removed.... is it?
Do you think perhaps we get annoyed at having to deal with the same person, for the same issue, time and time again?
