Bought a new house on a new community this year and the whole place is not wired for directv. Only bright house. I tried calling to get it online but I guess they don't offer that everywhere? Does anyone knows what I can do to get the games online and hook it to the tv? I don't like going to bars and hope that's not our only option

Ozzy rules!!

Any college students in the home? If so, Google Sunday Ticket for college students.

Does the NFL sell games online yet? Go to a sports bar, treat yourself. You deserve it.

I don't believe there's another way. Best bet would be to find a friend in your new community with directv, preferably a Dolphins fan. It's unfortunate. Congrats on the new house though!

I'm guessing you tried to contact them for the streaming service and they told you your address was no good?

You could try a work around like I do, have a friend/relative/acquaintance that lives in an apartment or condo, and have them sign up and pay for it. You just have to pay them.. Pretty easy if you can find someone you know

It makes absolutely no sense to me why they wouldn't make it easier to buy for people who don't want / can't get direct tv.. Like, it's still money in your pocket, what is the harm?

Sony's PlayStation 4 has a Sunday Ticket app.

I would try calling again, Bright House wiring should have nothing to to do with it. Does your HOA forbid dishes being installed?

Try using your address and just put apartment A after your street address. That has worked for some people. If you know someone taking a college course (friend, relative, neighbor, child of a friend) ask if you can use their school id info to sign up for the service. Maybe offer them a case of beer in exchange. Or if you know some living in an apartment or condo use their address.

It seems the HOA won't allow it. Bright house is included on the HOA and so is internet and I quit drinking years ago

Who else can't sign up for Sunday Ticket because of your location? I live in NY and when I go to enter my address it says I'm not eligible....

Gotta love developed HOA communities.

Buy a PS4 they have the Sunday ticket app. You can't get it so you'll be able to pay Directv that way.

I got sunday ticket and the nfl replay package for 150 using the college student discount. They didnt ask for home address on the form. Especialy since its made for streaming they dont care where you live. I use my xbox1 to watch on the tv. I watch on my phone when in the go

Used my son's college account and will stream via my laptop onto the TV. Got it for half price. I live in NJ and they won't let me put it under my name because I live in a house and are trying to force me to sign up for directv. Thanks man. The scary part is that Direct tv did validate my sons college, name and birth date. How they have that information is kind of scary.

Hey Danny,

I dont know if you got it worked out, but i just helped another friend get NFL Sunday Ticket. If you can get something from the HOA stating No directTV or only Brighthouse, thenl they will mark it as verified not able to have DTV and you can go right online and order the straming package.
