Okay someone please help me out. I wasn't able to watch the disaster that was Miami Dolphins football yesterday and was just wondering what the heck is going on!? Some players seem perfectly content with going through the motions as long as they collect a paycheck. It also seems as though there may already be some tension in the locker room given the fact that some players are saying the defense is playing without fire and passion (and we don't know what the Incognito fight was about). That being said is this attributed more to the players or more to coaching? Is Sparano being soft on the players which is ultimately affecting their production? All I know is something needs to change quick because Ross will start to see even more empty orange/blue seats than he already has! Thoughts?

Agree. We have a bunch of overachieving players on our team with the exception of Bess and Wake IMO. Nobody seems to be motivated, there is no fire at all on defense. There is something wrong and I wish I knew the answer.

HC coach bro, it all starts with the head coach, qb, and than the rest.... We have one of the worst coaches in the league.

It wasn't as big of a disaster as some make it out to be. It was another failure to punch it in when they hit the red zone, same problem as last week, topped off with Carpenter missing twice.

Scoring is a problem but it wasn't a complete team melt-down like some make it out to be.

Thomas was awesome for his first game. The defense looked far better than they did last week and the offense was moving the ball. Now, if they could figure out how to get those last 10 yards and a TD **** will smell good in Miami.

Some of the coaching was questionable but by that point in the game I was more interested in my beer and short skirts than I was with the game.

These players just dont believe they can win..They lost to a bunch of teams they should have beat last year and theirs hopes are lost...

We have one of the worst teams from an organizational standpoint in the league. We have an owner that knows nothing about the game of football. It is unbelievable that a person would shell out the kind of money you need to buy a team and not have some clue as to how the game works. We have a HC and most of the coaching staff that is totally incompetent. I don't want to rag on Nolan too much(I think he is one of the better things about this staff), but I can not believe the defense. How do you go from a strength of the team one year to the next, make hardly any changes, year and look like you your level of performance has dropped off the face of the earth. Sometimes I think it is criminal what these guys do from a personnel standpoint. Let me say it could be worse, but I think Ireland is mediocre at best.

Scoring has been an issue just like it was all last season. We will continue to have issues as long as the offensive line remains offensive. I'm sorry but Columbo should NOT be starting. He cost us a turnover that led to an easy 7. There were better options we could have gone with during the offseason but Sparano relied on getting players that he was "familiar" with.

No redzone offense...Poor Coaching decisions (These guys need to get a copy of Madden & sit through the basic coaching tutorial of clock management)...No fan base (destroyed by poor product)...lack of player conditioning.

Actually Sparano probably had no choice but to sign the garbage players that he got. I am quite sure that free agents are not banging down the door to play for the Dolphins. Free agents like Namndi, and the other big names had no interest in signing with the Dolphins. Would you move your family and yourself to play for a s#*t organization like the Dolphins have become. That is why they are stuck taking journey men and good for nothings. Sad but true. If this team is going to do anything it has to be through the draft. This is a sign that Sparano, and Ireland gotta go. Oh yeah F Bill Parcells for bringing all of this garbage in in the first place.
