hey sorry i coudlnt seem to find an apropriate location for this thread so if a mod can help me out or a fellow member i'd appreciate it for future reference.

question- How can I change an image to 152 pixels? im sure there is an easy way. i use a weird method using Paint that involes a lot of extra effort due to a guessing game pretty much. can anyone help me out? thanks.

Eeesh, I imagine theres a a way in MSPaint, you have no other photo editor?

If you need it quick you can email it to me, and I'll format it for ya.

:)

Otherwise, I think Google has a free editor you can d/l, that'll probably set the pixel count.
Google however has come under fire recently for being somewhat invasive, so I'm not sure if its gonna spy on ya, in return for the service

thanks a lot guys! ima try em out and i will keep you guys updated if it works! thanks!

Mine works great, sorry yours didn't.

sweeper, are you running windows xp? Because if you are, it comes with MS picture editor, which you can use to resize.

Really simple: right-click on the picture; choose "open with," and choose MS picture editor; picture should now be open with the program.

On the top toolbar, click "picture," then "resize". choose what size you want the picture to be - you can do it in inches or pixels - and click OK; picture should now be resized. Now click "file," choose "save as" and save the pic under a different filename than the full-sized one you were working with.

Now you should be able to go back to the folder in which you saved the resized pic and use it.
