what format are you saving it as? Try uploading the picture to the http://www.finheaven.com/photo/ and then copy the link after you upload it, then open your CP and paste the link in the sig section. Also I believe there are some help pages around here somewhere, do a search.

click that. then click the browse button on the page that comes up. Find where your file is located and select it. then at the bottom, click upload. Then on the next page clickt the process button. After that it should show you your own user gallery, double click the photo and it should bring it up to full size. Right click and copy the link. That is the link you want to paste onto your sig page.
