Help with the football pool

The instructions are a little thin and I know a few people have questions, so I started a new thread mods to get some attention on the football pool thread. Can this stick for a while, before it's merged?

My question is what are the over and under bonuses and how do they work? is it based on the point spread. The instructions mentioned something about a fantasy player or something. I'm kinda lost.
