With No. 1 overall pick Jake Long already in the fold, Miami Dolphins rookie quarterback Chad Henne has no doubts that he also will be signed in time for training camp this summer.
Speaking today during Miami's Hall of Fame tour for rookies in Canton, Ohio, the second-round pick said contract negotiations are already underway.
"I know my agent approached them probably about two or three weeks ago...to get it started," Henne said. "I'm sure they're going to get it done before training camp, because they want me in camp and I anticipate being in camp."
Henne is eager to get the deal complete because he is one of at least three rookie quarterbacks with a chance to win a starting job in his first season
