And yet we only have 13 points. This is freaking pathetic. Henne has the NFL ability of Pat White when he gets into the red zone.
 
Yeh, hes embarrassing in the redzone. Its clear he completely throws up on himself trying too hard not to make a mistake.
 
Dude, are you even watching the game? The oline falls apart in the redzone. He has like 1 1/2 seconds after the snap to do anything.
 
This kind of effort may end up being good enough to beat the Browns. It won't be good enough to beat a single team in our division this year.

Hmm, I saw a play where a simple step up or more awareness in the pocket would have avoided a ball floating into the defense that should have been picked, and I saw a QB who foolishly tucked and ran almost immediately after receiving the snap, hence the Pat White & Tim Tebow comparisons.

Here's a hint; just because a QB tucks and runs or is touched on a play, that doesn't mean the o-line is entirely at fault.

The ball is snapped and 4 guys are in the backfield every friggin snap in the red zone but Henne's an idiot because he tucks and runs. Yeah, you're definitely from Polk county. Genius.
 
Hmm, so last play Henne runs right into a defender after having a full couple of seconds in the pocket. Let me guess, o-line's fault?

Its people like you that bash quarterbacks every time they dont make a big play, heres a hint, watch OTHER qb's, shocking I know but they also get stopped in the backfield with better OL's

Henne makes a smarter move by not throwing it into tight coverage
 
The guy is completing almost 80% of his passes and averaging over 13 yards per pass and he's kept two drives alive by running for a first down but you're gonna nitpick a play like that. It truly shows you're bias. No QB is perfect every single play. And the shorter the field, the quicker a QB needs to make a read. Harder to do when the line gives you 2 seconds to make that decision. Henne has not been the problem today and the line deserves AT LEAST partial blame for the red zone ineffectiveness.

Henne has shown improvement but he's not perfect. Deal with it.

It's not about big plays, it's about scoring points. I don't care how they happen, but the fact of the matter is Henne just doesn't get them in the red zone.

I'm not saying those other things aren't pretty nice. It's just baffling how night and day Henne is once he gets a chance to score.

It's not just me who "nitpicks". Dan Marison himself said the reason Sparano was on the hotseat was failure to get a real QB. But I guess he knows nothing about QB play and would agree with you that worrying about your QB's inability to score points is "nitpicking".

We'll just agree to disagree. See, I feel the Miami Dolphins offense (which consists of 11 players) isn't scoring in the redzone. I've seen Henne make some questionable decisions, the O-Line not blocking well and Marshall not coming up with balls that have hit him in the hands in the endzone. Football is a team sport.

But when you only bring up negative plays by Henne when critiquing the redzone woes then yes, I have to call nitpicking.
 
You just saw the real Chad Henne. With the game on the line, he goes 0-4. We were given the damn ball on the Browns side of the field and couldn't gain a damn yard.
 
Henne is done here. Face it....it will be a #1 pick or Carson Palmer.
