Will allen's amazing INT
I know that is obvious, but I was reading that when we brought WR's to private workouts they had Henne throwing the ball. Could be nothing but I like how he was at the helm.
They had to bring him in,because Pennington kept lining up at the wide reciever position :up:I know that is obvious, but I was reading that when we brought WR's to private workouts they had Henne throwing the ball. Could be nothing but I like how he was at the helm.
Henne may be the future, he may not be. The FO could pull what tennessee and arizona is pulling. Make Henne beat out Pennington. Henne may be more gifted physically, but it may take awhile till he beats Pennington mentally.
It's sublimely ironic how many of the same ones who are ready to discard Beck on the basis of not much more than 5 games are as equally eager to anoint Henne, (a QB who couldn't win most of his important college games) as our Future Franchise QB on the basis of one shared-snaps exhibition season and an appearance in the mop game out in the desert. I'm hopeful but would more prudently reserve judgment until there's a more conclusive body of work from which to objectively decide.
