Henne looks sharp, hears CHEERS

Oh for God's sake it this going to happen every practice! It's only preseason give the kid a break. Sad to say but he probably will do better elsewhere as will every qb on this team. The OL is completely in shambles...

Y'all know Henne is my boy . . . but I heard the main reason they were chanting "We Want Henne" because it seems the Fins have been purposely practicing on the far field in Davie after the Monday scrimmage (We want Orton Chants and boos). Usually they rotate fields, but they went back to back so far this week on the far side. They figured they would cheer for Henne so they would move the practice closer to the fans LOL.

But I did hear that was Chad's best practice, so that is always good to hear.

You know what? If I ran the club I'd do the same thing. What it boils down to is that watching practices is a privilege not a right and if you're gonna be a guest in my house, you will respect certain protocols. I'll bet they considered closing the practices completely, which would have been my first thought, although a PR nightmare and more pressure on Henne, so I think they did the prudent thing.. Some might contend that the boobirds are avid fins fans and some are season ticket holders you don't want to alienate. However, looking at the big picture, they make up a miniscule amount of the revenues and booing your potential starting QB will commercially lose more revenues by deterring the majority of season ticket holders, national televised viewers, their sponsors and away game fans. It was the right thing to do and a prudent business decision IMO.

the only way this team gets better fast is henne becomes better, elsewise we start over again

I still stand by my opinion as a fan that I wanted to see Henne have one last shot with a new OC. This is it fella, let's shut the negative nancys up!

I think there needs to be a guy who sits in a room with henne before the game and just rips his *** and pisses him off so he turns into Marino.

Hopefully Henne took the boos personally and is motivated to shut the detractors up.

I m relieved. Hopefully he can be consistent.

ya know, the only time i saw henne with more of an attitude was the Tennessee game where he was benched at start, then had to come back in after penny shot his noodle arm and you could just see the will to win there.

im tellin ya, we need a funny heckler in his house! not boos. a real rodney dangerfield in caddy shack type stuff.

The OL is in Shambles?????? the only question to me right now is RT..I actually think the rest of the OL will be fine as long as we don't do the merry-go-round during PS.

Injuries killed the OL last year. Had there not been so many, I think we'd have been fine.

Depth is our problem there, hopefully it's fixed.

Great post. Your sig is $$$ by the way.

We talking about PRACTICE! I mean PRACTICE

I will gladly eat my words, but it takes more then one practice, a couple preseason games or even a couple preseason games. It has to be a solid year as a starter leading this team and not shooting it in the foot!
