It appears to me that Henne's demeanor and the way hes been caring himself as me somewhat convinced he will be the future of this franchise. Chad Pennington is seemingly doing a good job at tutoring Henne and helping him develop into a smart quarterback. All the quarterbacks dating back to Marino haven't has as savy of a personality as Henne. Hes so far had two fourth quarter comebacks and the one against the Bucs was pretty good considering that pic he threw earlier. Its turning out to be an exciting year with a young quarterback at helm here in Miami, but Im looking forward to next season to see what remaining pieces are filled and if this team can DOMINATE the East and the Afc.

I've been sold on Henne since the Monday Night game versus the Jets. He's going to be a good one (provided this team can get him some more weapons).

Yes indeed, it will be hard for Henne to get great stats (fantasy anyways) with our present WR core. He looks every bit the franchise QB we need, the Oline is in place, the backs are there and now we need to address the receivers.

The Robot has a very even temperament. He never seems to get too excited or too depressed. In this respect he is the total opposite to Mark Sanchez, who has very high highs and very low lows.
While I'm impressed by the Henne's armstrength, I think that his temperament could be his very best asset.

Give this guy some weapons and he will be a top end QB on the same level as Rivers and Big Ben. I'm not totally sold on him being a Manning, Brady or Brees level guy but I'd be thrilled with upper level II. The system Parcells has laid the tracks for doesn't require a top of the heap kind of QB. Look at Sims, Hostetler, Testaverde, Bledsoe and Penny. All of these guys had success under Parcells system and none were putting up record breaking numbers.

I thought he was thinking the receiver wasnt going to move up. Obviously he didnt intentionally mean to throw it at the defender. Only henne knows why.

I think he anticipated that the LB would follow Bess so he could squeeze it in to Hartline. The LB made a nice play on it.

Henne has been slightly better than I anticipated, and slightly worse than I hoped [after his first performance against the Jets].

I like his response on when the pocket collapses to RUN or throw away. Does anyone know p.turners status? I think sperry will be hennes fav target. Big guy who has "caught" some of hennes passes will build his confidence in clutch situations. Good thing sperrys young.

I have had a good feeling about him since 2008 when i attended the Cardinals/Dolphins game and he came in for mop up time. He drove us down the field and we scored the only touchdown we scored in the game. Now you can say they were not prepared for Henne and had not seen his style or arm or whatever, and some have said they were playing prevent (they were not by the way). Either way you slice it, he looked good and threw a laser in there a few times. It left me with hope for the future and at this point in the season we weren't even close to the 11-5 that we would end up with.
Honestly Henne was the only highlight of that game that i can remember.

i am totally stoked about him imagine he sucked like beck we would be totally screwed! he is the biggest piece of the pie we will serve next thanksgiving!!!!

Henne is a top level QB, if he has recievers who can hold onto the ball. His attitude is great, in that he doesn't get frustrated, and tries to learn from mistakes. I, however, would like to see a real attitude. Show the passion of Marino, and make me a true believer that he can carry the team all the way. Marino never had true top flight recievers, but his passion drove the team and made everyone play better. I want to see that from Henne.

I really do feel Henne is more tallented than Brady could dream to be. Brady is mearly a product of a great system. Henne is a gifted player. If he had at least one threat who could catch the ball, he would prove his nay-sayers wrong.
