the titans have just given a 3rd rounder in 2006 for travis henry. his has to pass his physical first, to be final. i was hoping the jags got em. but oh well. this doesnt effect us anyways. just wanted to post the news.

Not so much Nate. Travis ran great for us, he did, but this is a what have you done for me lately sport. McGahee in my opinion is on the verge of superstardom, and there was no way we could give the starting role back to Henry. It is however, too bad that Henry had that hissy fit at the end. Even though it was understandable, it left kind of a bad taste in my mouth.kingnate85 said:Wagon Circler, are you disappointed with the way that Buffalo handled Henry? Like how they kinda just pushed him out the door like he was nothing when he was a proven back?

I just wish Travis would have put the team first and ran just as hard in his new role, we would have had a heck of a one, two punch. I very happy with the third round pick after this long awaited trade, especially since it came from the Titans. Nice closure to a somewhat tough situation, but I am glad we can move on now.
We have a few guys on the roster who can carry the ball a couple of times during the game while Willis rests. Looks like Reshard Lee, Shaud Williams, Joe Burns, and draft pick Lionel Gates will be duking it out in training camp for that honor.kingnate85 said:Yeah besides Henry agreeing to stay and be the back up this really was the best case scenario for you guys. You got a high draft pick from a Titans team that will probably have a bad year. Not to mention that Henry can't really come back to haunt the Bills considering you never play them. Who becomes the backup for McGahee now though?
It was a fair deal and the way the Titans have been playing it could be pratically a second round pick. Nice deal.Wagon Circler said:Not so much Nate.
