you seem to have A LOT of rookies in there. Some I agree some I dont. For example, I dont see Chad Owens being cut (in the T.B game he was number 3 wideout...ahead of Mike...Matt Jones). But it sure is a long list.

Lavialias (sp) was a LSU star and very big and quick guy...Im sure Saban would try to bring him in this is only his 2nd or 3rd year

He is not getting cut by the Falcons.. I live in Atlanta and most think this guy is a great young player.

might as well wait for the final cuts for some vet help on the OL and DB/DT

Rod Davis? Wow, he's a really good LB. He came from Southern Mississippi which has been one of the nation's best ranked defenses the past few years. If he gets cut, I would really consider picking him up just by his size alone.

- Rod Davis, Sr. - Davis is the best linebacker in America. He doesn't get the credit he deserves cause he isn't on TV like many of the other star players, but he's better with a nose for the ball like no one else. A tireless worker and the ultimate team leader, he'll be the signature star on one of college football's best defenses. Look for him to once again be a dominating force coming off a 168 tackle, 10.5 sack, 23.5 tackle for loss season.

I have heard Richie Incognito - OL Rams. before but thats only because I live closer to St Louis than Miami.

He was a 3rd round pick, I would be surprised if he was cut. Some thought he would have been a 1st had he not had all those problems at Nebraska.

Richie Incognito - OL Rams
Will not/cannot get cut, I don't think he has even signed a contract yet. He was drafted in the 3rd round this year out of Nebraska I think.

Out of the list...definetly look at Derek Anderson...Saban will remember him from the first game last year.

I think Adelius Thomas is a starter for Baltimore. I doubt they'd cut him. And isn't Quinn Grey the 3rd stringer in Jax? I thought they liked him alot too.

I was just wondering if this is you just going over rosters or this is part of an article because of some those guys I know arent getting cut. Owens was being talked about as being a big part of Jax offense this year. Few others ive read about but cant remember what the article was saying.

You know that Randy Mueller is all over this. He is renowned for being great at picking up waiver wire gems that come in and help the team.

I wouldn't mind seeing Matthias Askew, the DT from Cincinnati. I was interested in drafting him back in 2004. He needs work but he has a lot of potential.

The other names from that list that interest me are Alfred Fincher, a rookie LB from UCONN, who Mel Kiper had ranked above Channing Crowder! Larry Brackins, a rookie WR from Pearl River CC has a ton of physical ability, but is raw as sushi.

Unfortunately, I don't think there are any OL prospects would be available to help us, which brings me to Pete Kendall. Thanks Rick and Dave! Arizona cuts this guy and he goes on to the Jets and has a Pro Bowl type season. We really could have used him.

Poor Saban and Mueller. They have a matter of months to rectify the mess that the Rick and Dave show left behind.
