Yeah, I love that machine. My High School coach would crank it up to about 80 mph, that machine ruined a pair of my gloves. The fins need to use that machine and crank it up as high as it goes, it'll make Henne's passes seem soft. (or it might just start some bad habbits such as ducking and avoiding the ball) idk, its worth a shot.
Another thing we did in hs that I really liked, on the top of the ball and the bottom side of the ball and on both ends we wrote a letter (so that each ball had a letter on it). You catch the ball then look it in until you can read the letter and you call it out. Ginn's drops and the couple Ricky had were a result of not looking it in.
