This week we play a very good NFL defense without Ronnie Brown. Granted we will have a good backup in Morris, it is now Harrington's chance to show that he was victim of the Detroit Lions. The game will rest mostly on his shoulders (no pun intended) probably throwing for more than 35 times. The defense will be ready especially with 2nd best D-line (us Being 1st D-line- HANDS DOWN...just ask larry johnson who was ripping it up until he came here) they only need to rush 4 or 5 against our line and morris will not get more than 80 yrds maybe 1 TD MAX. It will be on Joey to Win it!

Just wanted to throw this in to ... I LOVE OUR NEW SECONDARY

It's a team game, no one player can win this game for them everyone is going to have to play well.

And Harrington doesn't have to show he was a victim of Detroit. If anyone still can't see that after Thursday's game they will never see it.

True one man cannot win it alone, but Ballgame is going to kick the Jags in the bells on sunday! :dolphins: :tantrum:

:buddwalk: interchange Morris and Minor, I like Minor.

Ask Tom Brady...they guy is a born leader and Champion...He has single handedly won games for the Pats..(i.e. Vikings game this year) but on the other end has single handedly lost games for them. My point is that One Person cannot change the whole game, but I'll be damned if a QB can't. Just ask every miami fan since Marino left

Look its the Jags which have a top flight defense themselves....The defense shows up and Joey keep the turnovers to a min...then we should be set.

I am expexten a big game from CC this week.

I believe that Jags D is down 5 starters. That might be why they stuggled against the Bills. I'm not convinced they're a top tier defense at the moment. Leftwich is gone and their D is damaged, $ can't buy a better time to play them.

We seem to have a habit of saying every week is a litmus test on the QB. I don't think this is just about Joey.

I too am expecting big things out of Chambers this week. (I normally do but with Ronnie out I think Chris explodes.)

You mention their great defense but keep in mind that they are without Donovin Darius, Mike Peterson and Reggie Hayward. These guys could all be in the pro bowl if they were healthy and it's basically the equivilant to us missing Thomas, Bell and Carter. I'm not sure how we would fair without those guys.

I have a lot of respect for what Joey did against the Lions but that was the worst team we've seen all year. The Lions are bad. Really bad. So bad. Jags should be a lot tougher test. If Joey can get us a must win against the Jags then he will have really achieved something.

....no single player wins games....takes 2 people to complete a pass

Ronnie Brown hasnt done much to begin with. Best defense by far Harrington has faced though. Lets see how he does.

I was referring to Joey when i talked about the toughest defense he has played. Sorry for confusion. As for Joey Harrington succeeding without Ronnie Brown? Ronnie Brown hasn't done much to help Harrington to begin with. It shouldn't effect him at all, as our run game is pretty much non-existent.
