What weak division are you taking about, the AFC East teams are winning allot games better than most divisions in the NFL
NE beat the Bills, Jets and Bucs. Two of those games were close.
NY beat the bus and lost to the pats, playing bills now
BUF Barely lost to NE, and beat the Panthers by 1. Playing Jets now.
True, they're winning games, but they're beating each other up and playing against the softer teams in the schedule. The Bucs are BAD. Haven't been following the Panthers but all other wins come from within the division.
We beat good Colts and Falcons teams and the Browns.
Hopefully it will all shake out over the season and we can start to pull away.

1. we are ****ing 3-0. we have not lost a game. **** ya.
2. we are off to our best start since 2002. i was ****ing 12 years old the last time we started 3-0. its been a long time.
3. the worst we can head into our bye at is 3-2. now that is a record the majority of us would have signed up for pre season. however, i wont take less than 4-1. saints will be a really tough game, but home vs baltimore, they r banged up, we got to beat them. also important for afc seedings down the road.
4. what it means is that finheaven should be great this week.
3-0 guys, we beat the browns in cleveland ( i dont care, dawg pound is a tough place to play, especially opening day) at indy, a 2-1 team that just went into candlestick and whopped the defending nfc champs, and vs atl, the runner up nfc champions.
all in all, great day.

I wouldn't say 3-0 is "for real". I would say 5-0 is "for real". 3-0 should be respectable. But clearly no one outside of us is willing to admit that.

Kaep is getting exposed for being a very mediocre passer.
Now that he doesn't have the best players at every position around him, it's a wake-up call. Even during the SB run he only had two reads max on most routes.
Read option is great if you are playing w. clearly better talent across the board. Otherwise, if your read option QB is 1. a mediocre passer, 2. slower at processing reads, and 3. slower on releasing the ball, it's gonna hurt. San Fran really needs their dominating players to get healthy. Otherwise they are not a SB contender.

3-0 means that we're seeing something here we haven't seen since 2002. And it feels great!! specially during the span of what looks like the tougher part of the schedule. My only 2concerns are o-line play, and injuries. If we improve our o-line play. and can stay relatively injury free....we should make the playoff!!!

3-0 is good but the Dolphins will not get away with sloppy play in the next game and still come away with a win. If the Dolphins are all healthy and firing on all cylinders they might not embarrass themselves and even earn some respect in a loss; but, if the Dolphins let the Saints dominate all stats like they did against the Falcons we will get thumped. I sure hope not, but IMHO we need to play a near perfect game to come away with a win.

What 3-0 means:
3-0 = 75% chance of making the playoffs
2-1 = 54% chance of making the playoffs
1-2 = 24% chance of making the playoffs
0-3 = 3% chance of making the playoffs
(This was just on Mike and Mike, so good luck Steelers, Giants, Redskins, Bucs, Jaguars and Vikings)
3-0 = 75% chance of making the playoffs
2-1 = 54% chance of making the playoffs
1-2 = 24% chance of making the playoffs
0-3 = 3% chance of making the playoffs

The difference is in all the elements that good coaching encompasses - we haven't had this competent a core IMO since The Don.

Or the 2002 Dolphins. Honestly 3-0 means we had a good start to the season but it guarantees us nothing and proves little. We need to earn respect by taking this division from the Pats and winning a damn playoff game for the first time in over a decade.
