1. A completely flat team, people tend to take their attitudes of their leaders. So this is from top down that has been adopted by this team. How can you NOT be inspired in a Division Game for your home opener.

2. Your DC is abismal, he has taken a premier player at his position and rendered him ineffective. Your DL is so easy to scheme against and your LBERs do not help. They sell out at the slightest flow, misdirection will kill you all year. Add another dagger to your DC, how are you NOT prepared 1 bit for Clay. You know Rex is gonna Rex and feature the former fin. Also any fan knows Romans offense runs through a TE. Finally press coverage, maybe he should try it because your CBS are not good enough to play off coverage even with a 10 to 15 yard cushion they got beat deep. Oooo and finally I am sure I am preaching to the choir but when you have a player that can't cover anything maybe some adjustments should be made. Instead nope just let Bills find McCain and pick on him all day long.

3. Rest of DL. Ummm if Vernon wants some offseason money he better step up and start beating the 1 on 1s that he gets all game long, I also think Wake is likely done. He has no power and lost all his speed moves to the outside. Suh can't do it all himself but see above right now he is just another DT.

4. OL I don't know why your staff thinks your OL is good enough your OGS are horrible and OTS are not that much better.

5. Because of the OL you have no run game and so once again become on dementional and let a excellent defensive mind terrorize Tannehill.

6. I see some major talent issues on this team from CB, LB, OL, RB and QB is creeping up the list. The bad thing is your cap is so top heavy so this talent level is gonna be hard to fix.

7. Depth, Fins you don't really have any see above on the top heavy cap situation to see why.

I think this is an .500 team at best how it is currently managed and based on talent on field.

Reason I say Creeping up the list is (though I like Him) I just see Andy Dalton, and I am not sure you can Win a Superbowl with Andy Dalton type QB play.

I disagree with you on two areas: the qb needs more than two seconds to throw the ball and we are not a .500 team. The way we have played the last three weeks, I don't see us winning 3 more games. We made Tyrod Taylor look like a Hall of Fame QB. That's actually our DC's specialty - turning garbage qbs into perfect passer ratings.

Hard to disagree with any of this except the QB. Never will be elite but you dont need elite to win. Still would consider upgrading if given the opportunity.

He had a horrible game, it happens, the nfl savior Luck has had 3 horrible games.

The defense allowing scores like it's nothing is more concerning.

Can't disagree with your post. I don't think Tannehill should be on the list YET but he may be after a few more performances like that even if the OL sucks. I think more of the problem is with coaching. Every team has strengths and weaknesses and we don't take advantage of other teams weaknesses or utilize our strengths. It is pathetic that our owner and even us fans expected anything different with the same staff in place. I feel like I did at the end of last year already and am positive Philbin needs to go and things won't change until he is gone. Lost season, awesome....

well thats up to you but hes not dalton...if he had daltons protection things would be a lot different

qb is not creeping up as an issue. The one time he actually had a running game and some sort of blocking we had our best series of the game.

Give Tannehill Aj green and the Bengals line (or any half decent line for that matter) and just see what happens.

Us us fans all knew we had major issues with OL LB AND CB's. We just didn't know out DL would be this bad. I agree 100% with your post though. We all knew philbin and coyle had to go like 2 yrs ago too. Wish we hired Tomlin when we had he chance.
