I like it. I'd swap out Bates with Capers though. Capers has been a head coach with more success. But I still like Bates some. Your top three are more interesting. Obviously Cameron is the top name on Finheaven right now.

He could be a personnel guy somewhere. But he has shown he lost his taste for being a head coach.

What's with the Jim bates lovefest. That is taking a step back if you ask me. He was here for over 5 years, played his defense, and it was always good, not great. On top of this he brings nothing new to the offense. Instead he will have to find a new OC, which mean a new unproven system most likely. I mean what top tier OC is going to work under Jim Bates who has been out of football for a year?

What next, Chan Gailey or Norv Turner for OC?
