He's gotten off to a sluggish start in the NFL but Raymac can play. He suffered a bad injury but he's all the way back and ready to kick some big time tushy. He's part of a much improved LBing crew.

I got a chance to meet Raekwon McMillan at training camp going into year 2. He was such a cool humble guy. Not a lot of players take the time to have a short conversation with you after practice and he did hope he builds off a strong season and earns himself a nice contract
McMillan is just nasty against the run; his ACL is a full two seasons behind him; he should at least continue his play at this level.
Something that is definitely worth considering is the number of Dolphins who are coming off a 2019 season that ended or had time on the IR.
Jakeem Grant, X, Preston Williams, Van Ginkel, Isidora, Ballage, Jennings. (I'm not certain Isidora or Ballage are on the final 53, but still.)
In addition to the slew of FA signings and draft picks, the Fins get all those back, plus a seemingly (finally) fully healthy Albert Wilson.
