With hours away from the commissioner walking up to the podium and annoucing the Raiders first pick, my wish on this illustrious NFL DRFT EVE is somehow my boy LaRon fall to our beloved Dolphins! I know we are dire need of some offensive weapons and O-line but I believe we can address that later with some value picks. You add a ballhawk and physical hitter like Landry with this defense, and you have a definate contending defense. He could easily be the next Ed Reed or Troy Palamua!!C'MON RANDY and the NFL gods to bring the biggest playmaker on defense to the PHINS!

i'd love Landry to fall to Miami .. It's much more realistic than the Quinn blow hards thinking Quinn will fall to #9, that's for sure..

with Landry, Miami's defense would be just sick ! Imagine Porter and Taylor blitzing around the corners, and Landry blitzing up the middle (something he is very good at BTW) .

Honestly, I'd say the chance of Landry falling is no greater than the chance of Quinn being there for us. If Quinn falls out of the top three, which is definitely possible, he will most likely be there for us at nine. Whereas with Landry there are a number of teams that would be happy to take him. If Washington keeps their pick he could wind up there. If not Minnesota or Atlanta would be more than willing to draft him.

He will not be there when the Dolphins pick. We do have much bigger needs than Safety tho

I like Sabby Piscatelli, safety Oregon State (lives in S. Florida) he cold be had in round #3.

Atlanta would be a lock for Laron Landry IMO..Quinns chances are a lil more likely i think to have fallen to us then Landry.

if the dolphins really wanted him, they'd could trade up to get him. However, we really NEED Levi Brown even tho we may WANT Landry.

As someone mentioned above, if Quinn falls out of the top 3 he has a much larger chance of getting to us than Landry. The only way I can see Landry being there for us is if Gaines Adams and Landry both make it to Atlanta which is extremely unlikely.

MIA's defense is already sick. WE NEED OFFENSE!

That's a bunch of BS .. Quinn is a consensus top 3 pick.. Landry isn't .. Don't let your emotions for wanting Quinn cloud your judgement into a dense fog ..
