The site has us taking these players in the 1st 4 rounds.

1-Ngata-DT-Oregon
2- Havner-OLB-UCLA
3-Croyle-QB-Alabama
4-Reddick-OT-Auburn

I love the first 2 and I can see a defence with Ngata,Wright.Vickerson,Crowder,Havner,Daniels and Roth for a few years together.

Does any of you guys like this guy Croyle? Have you guys seen him play? What can you guys tell me about him from what you have seen of him?

Ozzy rules!!

I dont like the first 2 picks

We have a d-line

and we have linebackers

we need a saftey

from what ive heard croyle is really good, ive seen him play twice and he looked decent

Do what? We NEED a NT & we NEED an OLB. Traylor is old, Wright isn't a NT, Seau won't be around, Zach is always getting hurt. The picks are good.

Looks good. One of the biggest problems with Croyle is his injury history.

Linebackers

Pope, Crowder, and thomas

D-line

traylor, taylor, write, and roth

I dont mind takeing a NT but not with our first round pick, if anything do it in free agency

and zach isnt always hurt

Is that who miami would take in yours?

if so I like young, if he comes out this year, he might stay in college, only thing is id be weary of starting a rookie QB other than that it looks pretty good.

Young would be a great pick up for us if we got him, but id also suggest sitting him the first year and signing a veteran QB for one year

I saw part of the loss to LSU a couple weeks ago. He looked very ineffective but LSU's defense was stifling and I wouldn't blame it strictly on him. I like your picks except I'd like to see a DB in the first 4 picks and I would bet on more players from the SEC though. I'd love to see that DT in the first!!

You can get a run stopping veteran DT in free agency

Most DT's drafted in lower rounds start off VERY slow and take 2 or 3 years to develope and wont be an impact untill then

Where as you can take a corner or saftey and they can step up immediatly and play

If you dont want Ngata, let me ask you a question. Do you know ANYTHING about him???

I like Croyle. By the LSU game you saw, he lost two key receivers and pretty much had no help in the passing game. He was flat out awesome when he had any sort of weaponry to work with. In past seasons, he has been dogged by injuries.

Ngata will be a starter from day one!

Ngata is 350 lbs, runs a 4.85 40 yard dash, and can absolutely take over the line of scrimmage! He can be left in on passing downs because he gets very good push up the middle. There isnt much not to like about this guy, oh and picture him lined up next to Traylor in a 4-3......Thats like 700 lbs of man you have to move to do any running up the gut!

We have some older guys on that d-line(Carter,Holliday,Traylor and JT are all over 30)and I love that we got Manny but he could end up at END on a 3-4 and Ngata would be great at NT.Again, if we play a real 3-4 then we need 4 starting LB's, not 3.I like what I've seen of Pope but I'm not sure about him on a 3-4 when he'd have to get off blocks more often...Zack's getting older and has gotten hurt and missed games the last 2 years now...Seau is done too so we do need at least 1 more LB and maybe even 2.I do agree that we need a safety.

Ozzy rules!!
