Well, gang it looks like the Jets could be getting 1 or 2 mid round picks from KC in return for Herm Edwards...

If this happens, watch for the Jets to package some picks to either move up or aquire a high end player...
 
article said it coudl be repealed.

i think espn said earlier that picks will be traded if they want herm.

i guess it was repealed but i could be wrong.
 
With all that I've been hearing and reading, it seems like a deal should get done by early as next week. The Chiefs really has an eye on him right now and the Jets seem like that could care less if Herm goes away. I will tell you one thing though. It will be really hard to find a decent coach this offseason because of so many teams hunting for a coach.
 
This can benefit the Dolphins if Jets hire a bad coach after Herm's departure.
 
Herm is a good coach, not a great coach.

It will be sad to see him go, if he does.

According to a source in New Orleans, Jim Haslett, whom the Saints fired as their head coach Monday, has told people the Jets are among four teams that already have contacted him.

I see Herm and Haslett as equals. That would be a bad move or more of a same status move.

And Then Brooks would beat out Penntington, and not the Jets Brook, A. Brooks.
 
This just in (not really)

The jets have hired Jim Haslett, Wanny, Speilman, and dom capers in hopes that next year if they suck they can lose their final 6 games and get a reggie bush type player

The trade to KC sent Edwards along with all of the jets draft picks, in return the jets will get to make their own schedule, and they are also trying to petition the league so that their games will no longer be played but decided by a coin toss so they actually have a chance each week

and i dont want the jets to lose herm and get draft picks cause they will use those to move up and get bush and that will be very very very very very very very very bad.
