I heard Beck say something that Bill told the team when he got there that i thought sounded cool, and after this years draft it makes me think how more true those words were. Beck said on that interview that Bill told everyone, we are always looking to replace you. So i guess that whoever starts for this team is not only the best player at the position but has really worked thier arses off to prove it.

Drafting Chad Henne sure helped John "butterfingers" Beck get the message.

Why did we give away Cleo "The Best QB Ever to Wear a Dolphins' Uniform" Lemon?

because Cleo "every dolphin fan has heard "you're never gonna make the playoffs with a qb named Cleo"" Lemon just wasnt getting it done

Look if player get comfortable they start to slack but if the Fo comes in and says you are 100% replaceable you never quit working. and if you slack they hold true and bring a guy in. I think that our receivers from 3 down need to be careful and pick things up or that Bees kid might be a slot #3 for us.

This QB job is for Beck to lose or secure this year. If Beck continues to fumble the ball and make mistakes he'll sit the bench behind McCown until the end of the year. Whereas he'll be gone for good. Then Hemme will have his chance of starting in' 09. If Beck shines this year, McCown will most likely to be gone with Hemme becoming the #2 QB. But in the end, this will be Beck's only chance with the Fins under Parcells.

Not to totally excuse Beck last year, but almost any QB would've been scared out of their wits behind our line.

Butterfingers or punching bag.. whatever you want to label him, he would never have been successful.
