No one! To believe I almost went there but it was easy decision not to. GM RT @captmrose: No kidding! NOONE wants to go to the Dolphins!

Wow... Huge indictment. I always thought that Channing had sour grapes, but it seems like most players just hate Ireland for whatever reason. They probably aren't so hot on Ross either.

I think Ireland is a good scout, but he just doesn't have the persona and people skills necessary for the role of GM.

He was answering some ?s about Miami And what happened with him and Flynn with Miami and he mentions again what Flynn did...the GM and staff are the problem n that the vibe Ireland gives off is of a bitch basically. I added the (bitch).

That is why Ireland was kept by Ross both are shady dumb ****s no one likes.
 
I kinda got that impression from what Flynn told Peter King about the vibe he got with Seattle. Seems our front office is very unlikeable.
 
I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but its almost impossible when you read **** like this. Its obvious these guys rub people the wrong way for whatever reason. **** a small plane- we should take up a collection to fly a ****ing jumbo jet over Ross's house with a banner attached to it demanding he sell the team.

I'm thinking it might be time for our owner to develop a plan for moving on from Ireland. If its getting to the point where players are openly saying Ireland is the reason they won't come here we're ****ed until we get rid of him.
 
most guys wont tell you whats wrong with miami theyll tell you how great the others places are they visited...and it has nothing to do with the city...but you would think living in miami with no state tax would be a great selling point....it has to be ireland and whoever else is in the room.

I still think it's Ireland more than Ross. He just seems antisocial and not likable.
