in cowher fisher or gruden!!!!!! time to also suck for luck a combo of any of these coaches with luck in 2012 would be like hitting it out of the park lottery style!
 
The idea of Gruden and Luck has me drooling, BUT I'll be damned if I want to see Miami play that bad from here on out. It's very xconflicting to be a Dolphin fan right now.

It's Lucks fault. If it weren't for him, we'd still be rooting for this crap they put on the field. He has us salivating at the idea of grabbing him.
 
Keep in mind Gruden did it with Dngey's guys....... Cowher took 15 years
 
We need cowher. Gruden or Rex Ryan. Someone who can make a difference.
 
They'll just bring in a coach from the Cowboys.

Thats exactly why I want Fisher. He did way better with less talented players......and I think he might have a chip on his shoulder.
 
Wow, me with a different opinion from the masses, shocker.

Maybe some of you are not old enough, but we have a LONG history of getting the hottest name on the market, coaching wise, and we continue to suck.

Jimmy Johnson, hell of a coach, Nick Saban, hell of a coach (how i hate him), and then, to a lesser extent, Bill Parcels, although he wasn't a coach.

We NEED A GREAT GM!!!!

It doesn't matter who we have coaching if we continue to make STUPID PERSONNEL moves.
 
Just to be completely clear i feel two second round picks for Marshall was a complete waste, reggie bush, especially the way they thought they could use him, idiotic.

I know many on this forum will attack me about those feelings, because, after all, they are big name players.

Do me a favor, figure out how much we pay them a year (~15 million) what we gave up for them, and the difference they have made.

We are 7-12 since Marshall got here, it is not his fault, but he, nor Bush help one bit.
 
Bush should be a 3rd down back....returning punts and Kick offs...
If Hartline keeps it up it will free up Marshall
 
I kinda cringe everytime I hear Gruden or Cowher. They would just be Parcells 2.0 He need someone young and hungry plus a nige GM. Enough with those false prophets!

How times have changed, when we traded for Marshall, all of his supporters said how he was going to "open" up everything for everyone.

Let me be clear, Marshall does not suck, we paid way too high of a price for him.

You look at the best gm's, and try and find one example of a good gm, or a well run team give up two high draft picks for a head case wr.

Am I saying trades are no good? No, but trades need to be bargain basement shopping, like santonio holmes for a 5th, etc.
