Looks like Monday night will be a good game. You all did well against the Falcons but blew the game with turnovers. I was rooting for you but not MNF.
We nearly lost to the Hags with 2 turnovers and a missed FG. Normally when Peyton throws for over 300 yards, there's 30 points on the board.
The only thing I see that will hurt you this week will be on your defense facing Payton and that no-huddle Offense. Your D-Linemen will be down in a stance for 30+ seconds on each down and no chance to bring in 3rd down situation players unless you spend a time-out. Give Manning and company a few 1st downs and your Defense will be flat and winded. Two Jag players fell on the field with cramps on one of our drives Sunday and the rest of that Defense needed oxygen. Anywho...Good luck Monday night.

P.S. The best way we can beat you besides the No-Huddle is to run up an early lead and take your running game away. We tried doing that to J-Ville but got picked off in the endzone on the opening drive.

Insightfull...I like it.

Couple arguments on the fins behalf....I'm not sure how the team plans on playing this, but if it were me...I would play you guys a lot like the Chargers did last season...don't show the defense until the play clock is within 10-15 seconds, so Manning doesn't have time to change it.

On the other hand, Manning could easily go with his first read, snap it and go with it. Lucky for us we have quality guys on the D-line to rotate and keep them fresh.

The real key to this thing is the o-line giving Pennington time make a play. I expect the Colts to sit back in a soft zone and take away the middle of the field where Pennington makes his hay. Either way I don't see this game being to lopsided either way.

Sucks you guys don't have Gonzalez for this game. But I think Clark is going to roast us. We don't seem to have great success against quality TEs.

Gonzalez didn't exactly kill us. I think we did a decent job of containing him. Guys like Clark and gonzalez are going to get their yards, you can't really stop them. the key is not to let them take over the game.

I think for us it'll be which Dolphins team wants to show up, will it be the one from last year or the one from last week/playoffs?

If they decide to show up, I think it should be a great game and most likely we'll win from a come from behind victory.

You are playing in Miami...you might want to reconsider who gets winded. We've practiced in this environment continually in the offseason.

It's not just the defense that gets tired out on the grid iron.

Heat might play a small roll in it....but its a night game. Not a 1pm kick.

Agreed, Im just saying it's not nearly the advantage a 1pm kickoff is.

Yeah, you may be right on that but we already played that enviorement in Superbowl 41 against the Bears in the Rain! Manning still had the No-Huddle going full swing. We also play the Hags in Jacksonville once a year so we know the climate quite well even when the Hags make us wear our dark Blues on 90+ degree heat.
It's your D Linemen that will get no chance to take a breath with the no-huddle.

Rain removes humidity. And 1 game in Jacksonville is far less then 2 a day practices for months during the hottest and most humid days in Miami.

I really don't see you all doing a lot of no huddle.

One thing you're not taking into account is we play a 3-4 defense, unlike Jax and the bears....

Our D-lineman arn't doing nearly as much running and moving. They're eating blockers on the line for the OLB's to make the plays. Fortunately for us we can rotate D-lineman and OLB's on each series if necessary to keep them fresh without a huge dropoff in production.

Welcome brother. Peyton is my favorite non-Dolphin player in the league, but I'm sitting behind the east end zone for this one, so he WILL be getting the business from me all night lol.

Ahh, 3-4 ain't so bad for Peyton anymore. Jax tried running it 70% of the time hoping to slow us up but Manning still shredded them apart.

As far as rotating your boys go, by that you mean subs coming in and off the field? Thats a big chance you take. If Peyton sees more than 11 guys on the field, he yells "ATTACK" and that ball is snapped before anyone can get to the sidelines and gives him 5 extra yards on the penalty. That would be the only breather your boys will get as the refs are walking off the penalty. It's tough to get all this by Peyton. He's aware of everything going on around him at all times. He's a real true field general and still the only QB in the league that has the freedom to call his own game. Don't count on crowd noise to help either. Colts run a very complex silent count and in fact, the more noise there is...the better he likes it. Why do you think we have a 95% win factor on the road for? Noise presents no problem at all. anywho...good luck to ya and let it be an injury free game.

Please ask Peyton to not completely destroy us.

He is every bit as good, if not better then that #13 that used to play down here in Miami.
