Hi guys,
First post and just checking as i tend to watch the pats as i live down the road from foxboro. Not a rabid fan or anything actually this week i am going to ride my motorcycle to vermont for a fall color trip so you can see not a crazy fan.

anyway, just want to check how things are and also today on WEEI tom brady said the most scariest line he has every faced was the 2001 dolphins. He said dolphins always play well and it is one of the game where he plays with extra caution.

good luck to you guys probabily will see the score when i come home on monday night from my ride.

btw , i see alot of negativity and i am sure the blame cannot be put on saban alone.I have a feeling the owner is screwing with his head .An example when bill took over the pats he actually said it will take 2 yrs to start wiinning and kraft accepted and let him do what he wants.I think saban arm is being twisted to get results now and considering the huge [19%] increase in cap compared to the 6% annual increase, their were no veterans cuts in june as in every year .Compare this to the 01 pats came from - 17 starters were free agent veterans.

Also, mangini lucked out as chad pennington came out of his shell and they are loosing ,but giving every team a scare.Their special teams is absolutely the best.

I believe a offence starts around a QB and they should have hired a QB to run it for 2 yrs and got jay cutler to learn for a year. Also, draft good OL ...a young one would have worked the pats have 2 rookies on the OL and they are holding it good.Miami has good defence but its aging but i think a good offence will keep the defence fresher and sharper.

Good luck this sunday.

Thanks. At this point I'm hoping just to see improvement. Every team in the league has improved since week one EXCEPT Miami. The game is at 1pm on Sun, unless I didn't read your post correctly.

Welcome, Nick will get time from Huizenga to build a team. He always gives his coaches time. He gave Wanny four and a half years. It would have been five but he went ahead and resigned early. Nick's job is in no danger this season and I'm sure he knows that.

hey we need all the help we can get...do u think u could ask the Patriots to send their whole offensive line over here, in exchange we'll give them ours. Maybe those fat lazy guys will play better in the cold.

Enjoy the ride. Your comments seem to be on target. We haven't drafted for the OL or QB positions as we should have. We've made lots of picks but none have worked.

WTF; C'mon guys. This guy is not a football freak, but yet Goes out and just happens to find the Finheaven site, so he thought he would just drop us a line, before he goes on "BIGGAYBOB'S" Leafpeeping tour. so he won't be able to watch the game. I swear you people will BITE on anything. Have a nice ride. While your riding with the leaves, We will be leaving Foxboro with the W.:dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins:

I totoally agree with this part. But we took DC and now we have to make our bed and sleep in it. :rolleyes2

aaaah, Jay Cutler, that would have been sweet, but we needed OL help first and foremost.

Belichick was on the radio yesterday talking about the Dolphins, comparing Sunday's game against the Pats with the Pats game last Sunday against the Bengals. Similar situation, coming off a bad game and going on the road in a game no one expects you to win.

He said Nick will have them ready because he can say to them.. "Look, you win this game and you are right back in the race, one game behind the division leader AND 1-0 against them. You can wipe out the first 4 games with this one win."

He also said Dolphins - Pats is always a war, and always close.

I agree, I'm expecting the Dolphins best shot this Sunday.

what really worries me this weekend, was the team that did a job on Cincy last weekend going to show up against us. Cincy is a good team, on offense and defense, and the Patriots just over-whelmed them. We just have come to life for this game or our season is over.

Don`t be hating come on.Honestly never watched a full game till this year.Never saw the pats win the SB either.I am more passionate about nicky hayden take the world champsionship for america then pats winning the superbowl. I am furious with the whole americans are all talk BS and don`t win in the motogp.Time for an american world champion valiencia italy here comes nicky.

Now i wanted to understand the obession and also the company pool winner gets a free 7 day all inclusive trip to aruba got me into this.So i actually read more about all the teams.Btw won the weekly pool this week and i was on money on every upset .

How i found finheaven is due to aqua4ever posting a link on the boston, com website before the season thanks to him.I also in footballforum.com[all teams where i discuss every team].

so i do accept my knowledge is very limited but i try to post to get some input on what people thought about my preception of football.

Nothing wrong with riding a motorcycle ..I do ride down in loudon race way,vir ,road atlanta on my race motorcycle if you want a real man race avging over 100 mph on a race full of turns give me a call .It will be fun nothing like hit 160 mph on the straights or taking the bowl in loudon at 90-100 mph draging a knee.
As far as trips go, i have ridden mine all around the country ...i think its one of the best way to see the backroads of america.I have ridden over 100,000 miles in the last 4 yrs around the country so nothing bad about it.
