How dare Hickey use our first round to fill our biggest on the OL that gave up a record 58 sacks to our possible franchise QB. How dare Ross let Hickey/Philbin stand pack at 19 and pick the best lineman from the best college conference who is a model of consistency. How the hell are we going to live with ourselves for drafting a lineman who r[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]an a (numbers spending), and is overall pretty athletic. We should have just stuck with the overall best player on the board, despite the film of James actually dominating competition like Dee Ford from Auburn and others from Alabama/South Carolina. Looks like we should brace ourselves for another 8-8 season before the draft is even half way over guys!

You are all over the place dude. 4.57? 42" vertical? And who is this Jones guy that dominated Dee Ford?

I'd be fine with all of those things you mentioned in the title. Fire Philbin, fire Hickey and bring in a coach and
GM that are on the same sheet of music.

LOL no way James ran a 4.47, unless he was chasing the ice cream truck. Didn't happen.

He seriously ran a 4.47 with a 42" vertical? Daaaaaaaaaammmnnn!!!

No he didn't. He ran 5.26 unofficial at the combine...5.34 official. He had a 29" vertical at the combine. He didn't run at this pro day he stood on all of his combine numbers.

Pro day:

Ja’Wuan James, OT (6-6 5/8, 311) — James also stood on his combine numbers. James — started in all 49 games played, setting a Tennessee record for career starts for an offensive lineman — had a lights-out workout. He was very smooth in the workout and increased his draft status.

His low was 5.14 in the 40, 5.34 was the official combine time.

I feel as if all Fins fans are being held hostage by Ross and won't be released until he sells the team.

Because rookies are all the difference. This teams success should absolutely ride and die on guys who have never played a snap in the NFL.

And combine numbers always, 100% of the time translate to fantastic NFL careers.

We are so lucky to have this regime, they "get it".
