Hickey has said that he will go BPA in the draft, which everyone loved. Now I wonder if he will change from BPA to Best OL Available at the top of the draft. Also, has anyone changed their opinion based on where the team stands?

Before FA started I thought we should go OL in the first few rounds and I still do. Albert wasn't my first choice at LT, but I'm OK with that. We still have significant holes in the OL that won't be satisfied by FAs. To the dismay of many posters here, we shouldn't even consider free agency as our #1 problem solver in the first place. I'd be quite happy if we took 3 OL with our first 3 picks.

If Lewan falls to 15+, I'd love for Miami to give the 19 and 81 for him. Or Martin, who everyone loves here (I don't, but whatevrer). Take one of Sua-Filo, Yankey, Jackson at 50. Depending on the first round, take Moses/A Richardson/Steen/Fulton or another OL that drops in the 3rd. I think the RBs that are in this draft will fall pretty far and we could end up getting a solid RB prospect in the 4th.

I have to say that OL is still the largest need, at this point. That should be the first pick for Miami. But I also think there's a greater chance of BPA rather than BOLA after the FA pickups.

O-line is the biggest need but if the stud middle linebacker was there when we pick, he would also be hard to resist. Everyone is hot for Zack Martin and he is clearly a very safe pick but UCLA's Xavier Su'a-Filo looks terrific as well. I would be happy with either.

I always say BPA every single time. Would you pass over the next Marino, LT or Jerry Rice just because we need an OL. That's exactly how some of those guys ended up on the team they were on. This is supposedly a deep draft at RT; let's get BPA and pick up lineman later.

I would still go BPA in the first and hopefully find a play maker. Then go BOLA in the second. I believe we are going to add a couple of vets for the OL on 1 year deals after the drat.

Moseley, Pryor, or Ebron would be hard for me to pass on for any on the OL.

BPA, especially for us.

I don't know how many times people have to say it but this draft is pretty deep at OL. Teams can get starters in the 3rd-4th. Our main focus should be improving the talent level and then worry about the OL as silly as that may sound. Look at Seattle for example, their O-Line wasn't that good but their running game and defense allowed them to win.

BPA but if it's close I'd always choice someone at a position of need. In my opinion those would be OL , LB and running back.
Of course those could change if we add free agents there between now and the draft.

I would have to say BPA. The O-line is a MAJOR concern but we can use upgrades all over the place. As much as I LOVE this team this roster is not that SOLID.

Still BPA, which has a high likelihood of being Martin at 19. That being said, if we take him and pass on playmakers like Ebron, who has no business falling to us, I'd be extremely upset.

Martin is really the only one I would be okay with at 19 now that we have our LT, simply because of his versatility over the whole line. #19 is too high for strictly RT or OG.

My draft philosophy has always been BPA for a position of need. However, if there is clearly a BPA value pick there (meaning a true stud) you take him. You also don't over draft for a position of need, which is where Ireland got into trouble. I am not taking a linemen that I have given a second round grade to in round one just because it's a need position and the round one linemen are gone. I would either try and trade back if there wasn't anyone I really liked, or take my top player on my board at the time.
