Derek Moye is one heck of a good player guys. Living close to the Penn State Campus, I got to see Moye play and keep in mind I'm not a homer as I'm a WVU Alum. This kid would have a spectacular catch every game! Shoot, Moye almost won the one game last season single handedly. Its a shame he broke his foot in week 6 and played with the pain the rest of the season. Couple that with the disastrous Quarterback situation (10 td, 12 ints) and there isn't much chance of success for any WR. I guarantee he would have been a top receiver this past year. And I will also guarantee he is gonna turn some heads this year in Training Camp.

Looked him up ... he's interesting!! UDFA long shot, but you never know!!

Moye entered the 2009 season as his first season at the starter's position at wide receiver. Since he redshirted his freshman season, Moye was an academic Junior with Sophomore eligibility. He finished his sophomore eligibility year with 48 receptions for 785 yards. Moye finished his junior year with 53 catches for 885 yards with a 16.7 yards per carry and 8 touchdowns. For his senior year, he was elected captain and had 40 receptions for 654 yards with 3 touchdowns.

In his career, he had 144 receptions for 2,395 yards and 18 touchdowns. He is the third all-time leading receiver at Penn State.

imo he just isnt better than bj, mathews, or even fuller. but idk havent seen awhole lot of him. post a vid if you can i cant find anything that shows me he is better than the other three

One thing worth noting is Cunningham, Mathews and Fuller all had highly drafted QBs throwing to them for a decent chunk of their careers. Moye's QBs the last two seasons were a true freshman and a former walk-on.

I actually know the kid. I was hoping the Dolphins would end up with him. He needs to get stronger, but he's tall and more athletic than you'd think ... he was a great track athlete in high school (won the PA Class AA state title in the 200 and 400 his senior year) and he's a really good character guy.

He's a long shot to make the team, but he was a shrewd UDFA signing.
