if he has strep throat he prob is taking some sort of antibiotic, so i doubt he is contagious anymore.

however, if he is really sick, it can weaken his body and he prob will have less strength than usual which can limit his ability.

Indeed. The body is very much sore after a bacterial infection. Painkillers help, but he'll also be tired...

All in all, I *hope* he plays. He won't be 100%

How is he still going to be contagious at game time? I'm not a Dr. but as far as I know, if you are on antibiotics for 24 hours... you are no longer contagious after that. At any rate, I hope he plays and we beat them at full strength.
