Chris Chambers FOR Chad Henne(2nd Rounder)

Wes Welker FOR Samson Setele(2nd rounder) and Abe Wright(7th)

Olindo Mare FOR Drew Mormino(6th)

Lorenzo Booker and (7th) FOR Shawn Murphy(4th)

4th (Cowboys turned into T. Choice and O. Scandrick) FOR A. Fasano and A. Ayodele

3rd (used on RB-Kevin Smith) FOR Kendall Langford(3rd) and Jalen Parmalee(6th)

5th,( Chiefs traded Pick to Lions, Pick used on Kenneth Moore by the lions) FOR Trent Green

6th(#167) FOR J.Ferguson and 6th(#195) Used on Donald Thomas. WOW

Donnie Jones FOR 7th(Brandon Fields)


What trades would you still make in hindsight?
 
all winners because they have all gotten us on the right path finally whether positively or negativly effecting us
 
Obviously, the 5th for Green didn't work in our favor, and the Mare trade didn't pan out very well (no loss though w/Mare), but all trades aren't going to grade out as A+. Still, I like what I see since Parcells/Ireland have started making the decisions.
 
I'd love to still have Booker around. He would've been a nice change of pace back and a better recieving option than Cobbs. I understand the move though. Murphy's slow start adds to the frustration I have over that trade.
 
The ones that really hurt are the Feely and Lamar Gordon trades.

Philly got Reggie Brown and St. Louis got OJ Atogwe with the Gordon third rounder.
 
Never liked that Booker trade and the fact Murphy has produced noting as of yet does'nt help.

The Mare trade didn't pan out because Mormino was a complete bust. However, on the toher end, Mare was a complete bust for the Saints. That trade is a washout.

I would still make most of those trades, except the Green one. However, at the time I was hopeful that trade would work.

Also, the Ferguson trade also involved us giving up a 6th round pick in the 09' draft.
 
I agree with the Feely and Gordon trades ... we got raped on those ...

The others at least made some sense - regardless of how they worked out.

I think Trent played well before he was injured. To me that was worth a 5th round pick. Right now that Samson Satele/Wes Welker trade seems to be the worst. Now maybe Saprano can make Satele better, but in the first game against the Jets, Satele had just an awful game he was pushed all over the field by Jenkins. We couldn't run the ball IMO more because of Satele, then any ohter player.
