Hire rob Ryan

I'm all for this move. We need a fu@@-ng attitude. Our players look disinterested out there and rob ryan lights fires under peoples *****.

I posted this on another thread. All we need is a up-n-comer. Aren´t you tired of false prophets and rethreads like Parcells, Gruden and Cowher?

are you insane >? you guys surprise me with this **** theres noway in hell i would bring in rob ryan not no but hell nooooooooooooo this time around i want somebody thats been there done that if rob is so good then why hasnt jerry jones done fired garrett and made him HC ? and dont give me yeah its coming. because if he is that much better than cowher gruden fisher that i wouldnt hesitate. jerry isnt that stupid to do something like that . rob is right whee he needs /suspose to be DC nothing more nothing less .. sure as hell not head coach for the miami dolphins . dont give me hes hungry . because if gruden ,cowher, or fisher comes bk then imo there still hungry and know what it takes to build a championship team.......

I'm sorry, what is your argument as to why we need another up-n-comer?

And does your argument take into consideration of the past failings our team has had with missing on the last 3 up-n-comers?

Does it consider the plausible negative effects (on the business side) of the future prospect of hiring another dud?

Does another gamble seem appropriate in resolving the 3-4 year losing cycle per coach tenure of the last decade? And is it business-smart to repeat the same cycle- same approach to hiring? What kind of track record would that further establish to the organization (i.e. fools? n.f.l. laughing stock?)

Jimmy Johnson wasn't an up-and-comer, look how that turned out for us. And this team and FO were put in place by Bill Parcells, who isn't an up-and-comer. Bill Belichick was an up-and-comer, so were Rex Ryan and Mike Tomlin...both of whom we passed on.

No thanks. I'd rather watch our defense get shredded by elite offenses than watch them get shredded by ****ty offenses like the Jets and 49ers...

I'd take Rob Ryan in a heartbeat now..I dont care if he loves feet like his brother..just win us some damn games..

I called this before the season starts, it makes sense.

Daboll would then remain, and maybe they can hire Mangini again too...lol

You could have most of the Cleveland Browns coaching staff back.

LOL. . . so JJ and Wanny worked out right? Parcells managing personell worked out? ANY coach is a risk ok. but acting like just b/c cowher FINALLY won a SB after all those years in PITT is a "Safe pick" is crazy. i do want a new comer i want a new comer with FIRE who knows FOOTBALL i'll even take a guy like Gruden who is a motivator and knows how to utilize talent. i honestly do not want some egotistical old guy who is coming in for his "second round" or "victory lap" who wants control of managment decisions b/c those guys NEVER WORK. he'll come in and gut the team for 3 years then leave. i want a guy who will work with the current crop of talent, bring in his own QB and new atitude and make us contenders year 1. give me a young hungry guy who goes out and grabs his QB and has a vision for our team. not some old foggie who has his own "vision" and is just looking for the city and organization to implant it on.
