The NFL originally had us playing NE at LandShark at 8:20,a prime-time game.Basically, because they ideally thought MIN-ARZ was a more worthy night-time game, and at first glance,I dont blame them. However,in the end,Miami and New England ended up being the game of the day, while MIN completely layed an egg,and a wasted opportunity for the Miami Dolphins.

So,in rhetrospect, the NFL shafted the Phins, when in reality, they possibly lost more ratings than they would have, had they not flexed our game.Glad the Phins can, once again, prove 'em wrong.

Yeah pretty funny. The NFL has a bigger hard one for Favre then Brady. It was probably best for us in any regard.

Wouldn't be surprised to see us flexed into a night game going forward depending on our record.

It's sad that the NFL took away one hell of a game away from the Nation

yes but we dont have that shinging star of a tight end playing for us and to share his infinate wisdom with the media anymore and that is we are not a attractive team to watch but maybe if we had Greshem or Dez then we could kick *** on pprime time again . I know I am ready for the Prime time .

It had nothing to do with what type of game they thought they were going to get, rather their projections showed that Brett Favre was going to bring in more ratings than a Wildcat-less Dolphins team. Can't hate on the people at NBC for making the right move market wise.

its funny though the mr nfl lost yesterday. back to his normal routine , throwing more ints than tds

I was talking to my buddy who's a Ravens fan, and when I complained about us getting shafted, he said the network made the right call. When I pulled the "it's a big division decider" card, his rebuttal was that they would've done the same thing to Ravens vs. Steelers - another big division rivalry. Even if the Bengals weren't on top.

Fact is, the Vikings and Favre have been playing pretty great this year, and the Cardinals are a good team with big names and made it to the Super Bowl last year. Our game was special to US and yeah that win felt amazing, but I think that the nation was happier with the Sunday night game they got. That being said, IMO the most objectively exciting game of the week was Redskins Saints. If ONLY the 'Skins could have sunk that field goal...
