The Associated Press reports Cleveland Browns QB Kelly Holcomb (shoulder) underwent surgery Tuesday, Feb. 17, on his right shoulder and will not be able to throw for at least four months, according to team president Carmen Policy. Holcomb is facing six months of rehabilitation and the team is hopeful he will be able to participate in training camp this July.
