I like the fact they have new slogans all over the team training facility to promote winning.. And now even on their website.

This new regime is changing the culture and the identity of this team bigtime, for the better. A culture of winning and winning slogans all over the place that has aqua and orange on the walls.

Moreover, getting bigger, stronger players in here like Wilford, Long, Torbor, Anderson etc. And making good deals like a 4th for a young Fasano and another starter tells me this new regime will be the best we've had since Shula's glory years.

Those slogans aren't just words, but it is being put into practice which is more important (by getting big strong players with good character who love football).

I saw it earlier today and have watched it like 4-5 times. Im in love with this regime. Bill Parcells really knows his stuff, and this organization is taking an image of Glory, instead of the joke we were.
