You should have been here to hear what this board had to say about him last year. Not so good. It's a much better view of him now, with a worse defense.

he is mid-pack at best... Kiffin is the BEST, and it's not his fault that team quit after they won the SB. he'll be a great HC one day.
 
he is not underrated since he works for a former DC who has plenty of input into the D

the DC under guys like Wanne, Dungy and Bellichek are like Asst DCs IMO
 
unfortunatley... I don't think Kiffin will be a head coach... he's pretty much locked up in Tampa for a while, isn't he? and... anything more than 3-4 years might be too long for that guy, I mean, he's ancient...
 
Gotta add Lovie Smith to that category and Leslie Frazier isn't far behind.
