Ireland should be fired for performance. Philbin will lose his job over the scandal. Is RT a "franchise" QB? Depends on how that's defined, I guess. He'll probably end up like Flacco - can win with strong ground game and defense, but can't win games on his own.

I think it's a mute point at this stage. I'm not sure anything matters anymore other than the perception that we are damaged goods to the NFL brand. We will likely comence the house cleaning because Goodell turns the screws on Ross in order for it to appear as if the NFL is doing the right thing.

All heads will roll regardless of whether or not any of those heads are deserving. It's no longer in Ross's hands.

We just lost 4 of our last 5 games. Still struggle to score, and the stinking Jets, who were supposed to suck, look every bit as good as us, with a rookie qb. Tell me where has Phillibin vastly improved this team? Where is the magic. He came as an offensive guru, and the offense stinks. Were back to relying our defense. This offense is as boring as it gets. Drop 40 on someone just once. Every week is a freaking struggle, win or lose. Go out and crush the 0-8 Bucs !!!

IMO anyone who attempts to start a debate with the sentence "you have no brains," really has no brains. Why would anyone read anything after that sentence?

But I'll comment on one thing, the franchise QB situation. It's way too early, and anyone who thinks they can look into a crystal ball and tell me that Ryan Tannehill is elite, or will be elite, is smoking something special. Right now, all I can see is that he's better than Henne was, and better than our current backup QB. That's all he's proven so far. There's a lot more football to be played, and we'll see.

Ever heard about the word, LEADERSHIP? Rex keep doing it with mediocre QB because the players believes in him. Rex may not be a coach "guru" knowing all the piece, time management, challenge like mike McCarthy but if he get a Rodgers type QB, he wins the SB every other year. All of the sudden McCarthy cannot wins without Rodgers.

First of all, this is the first time in many years that i am actually enjoying the games. We have had very painful losses but which NFL team hasn't.

I think Philbin is a great coach, the Players are buying what he is preaching, we are 2 or 3 players away from being real contenders and the fans want to start the whole crap all over again, IMO that is just plain stupid..

This team is heading forward, this team is making plays, it's actually fun to watch..

I see real teams go through tough times, and stick to the system because that is the one they believe in. The hardest part of building a team to find is a good Qb, and I don’t care what SOME might say, we have our franchise Qb, and guess what, Philbin and Ireland found him.
Most people would say Luck is real deal, well WE beat the crap outta him and to tell you the truth he has sucked the las 2 or 3 games (since he lost Wayne) well, then Luck isn’t that great after all right? (kicking Omar kelly’s Balls here).
Offense is slow I know, I bet if we had a good RG and RT things would be very different.

I agree 100% and have been sick of hearing all the fans on here whine about things. I'm not sure what references they have for building a "great" team but I can't think of any off hand that it took less than 2-3 years to build, look at the 90's cowboys, they had several seasons far worse than what we have seen thus far and like us they started from scratch with a young group. The Dolphins may turn out great or bad, we just don't know yet. People need to temper their expectations being it is a young team.
