IMO much of this junk is on the coaches. I am not making excuses for keeping anybody either but I have seen some players drafted prior to Philbin improve much over the Sporano staff that we all thought needed to go. Philbin and Sporano both to my understanding were OL specialists before being our head coach and I question how they would NOT have some say on some of the personell brought on board by Ireland. Msi and Elerbee both get hurt to much if you look back at their careers but we are going to have to hang onto them while we fill the gaps under a new GM. I would push for a really good inside durable linebacker and then the rest of the picks would be on the OL and betweent the tackles running back. Thats next year. Look for a good punt retuner too. Offensive line coach, linebacking coach would be new guys next year and maybe move Sherman to QB coach and go with a offensive coordinator who will change things up a bit.
Oh yes break the bank for 1-2 years on Paul and Randy.

Bro I've been saying since the offseason that our oline was below average..... Hoops give me a list of bright gms that the dolphins should consider next year. I want your input.

Yes I can back this, not that you need my backing. You said the oline was garbage and would be the death of the team and got bashed for it. I remember!

Jeff Ireland is an idiot and I really hope there isn't anyone left who's holding out hope for being right about him being a good GM because it's over. He is a complete joke. How he could come into the season with this OL is ludicrous. You see how bad it is when a washed up 34 year old whose previous team replaced is your best tackle. Ireland had plenty of money and resources to fix this but did nothing. Also we could really use a fullback right now and do not have one. I wonder by how much Vontae Leach priced himself out of our range. Ireland is unnecessarily dirt cheap, just look at our paper thin depth and constant roster churning, which he's slowed down on, that has cost us football games in the past on bad specials. I don't know if Ryan Tannehill is a franchise QB or not but he deserves a shot with a competent team around him. Mike Wallace, give me a freaking break, 60 million dollar Ted Ginn. Who do you think has a better game when we play Carolina Ginn or Wallace, Ginn is the obvious answer. It's not just the coaches either it's the players. These goes are so full of ****.
Our locker room is super tight. Us against the world! BS! The 2013 Dolphins are a joke, the team was more fun to watch last year when I at least knew they weren't going to be that good. The LB swap was borderline retarded. Ireland needs to be fired now and when he is we'll know what the football world thinks of Tannehill by the GM/coach who's willing to hitch his wagon to him.
