Well there's another loss on your oline...season is getting away from us...

these tackles are awful...why we gave one on one opportunities to the bills edge rushers vs these bums is beyond me...I don't care what the stats say sack wise Martin and Clabo are killing this season...they had zero sacks til the 4th quarter on the oline but anyone with eye balls and a brain could see that they were getting their asses whooped...

good job miami sticking with status quo...if jeff Ireland's not on the phone right now looking for replacements fire his ass too...good grief we moved the pocket ran read op and ran with success and these bums lost us the game...lucky tannehills still with us

after Tyson Clabo the worst offseason acquisition is Philip wheeler...I'm sorry but if he's not blitzing he sucks...zero instincts late to everything that dude blows...

the bills ran the most bull**** offense I've seen in a while under that trash qb all we had to do was get em in long downs and distances and play coverage instead we did what we have been doing too much this season played right into it...the bills qb sucks how the hell do you show your blitz hand so early and give up screen after screen for first downs? This d is so overrated...the lbs have zero instincts none of em can do anything but a easy coverage assignment...they are the real problem and why so many of these 3 rd and longs get converted...that and your Dc shows his hand and never checks out too often...getting torched by screens by even trash qbs now...

cam wake a shadow of himself when he played...showed nothing...they were right to pull him...

jimmy Wilson wearing a target in the Nickle at corner...can none of these 2 top 3 round picks show more?

i liked the adjustment to go with Daniel Thomas as the starter as this oline isn't gonna open many gaping holes we need a back that runs thru contact and he does it way better than Lamar miller...nice decision to get away from the stretch calls don't have the lineman up front to run it...

game started ugly for tannehill first pick showed a concern...that pick was a function of route recognition on tape the db robey new the route was coming off the inside leverage and jumped it...that's a direct reflection of the oc showing too much of the same stuff...

the 2nd pick was just an awful one by the qb...a flutter ball against an underneath defender that he didn't account for..,ball has to be more to the corner and with more on It...

don jones you idiot...want to keep your spot on the 53 more than make a smart play...can't tell me the special teams coach hasn't drilled that in your head you go out of bounds don't touch the ball first...a ball still bouncing in our favor by the way...

Going forward the tackles are the elephants in the room probably killed this season already but your oc has to watch running the same stuff and your lb depth and guys who play is as ugly as it gets...your Dc has to disguise things but he's handcuffed with too many poor instincts players and he needs to check out...your qb isn't long before he's done for the season...testament to the kid he's not already...some of the worst pass pro I have ever seen this kid has to deal with...

cant believe we lost to that bull**** offense and team...can't believe we stuck with status quo on the oline either...Ireland making decisions now that should bring repercussions...no trade movement or personnel on the oline changes this week it time to **** can the gm for this disaster...

I feel ya, this game with their 4th string QB from the street should not have even been close, let alone a loss. Pure coaching and playcalling issues here, coming off of a bye too with 2 weeks to prep. That game-costing fumble was just a terrible play all around, from the playcall to the execution. Slow-developing short dropback pass plays should be off the table for the entire game with our o-line, let alone that situation. And I think it was Wheeler who got bowled over by Fred Jackson to get a 1st down instead of having them kick the fg. I thought we were going to stop them at that point and Tanny would drive em to win. You're right about Wheeler, sure we gained some athleticism and blitzing ability but we lost instincts and sure-tackling.

sad to say, the tackles wouldnt be as much a prob if the coaching were smart enough to use blocking TE's like they did in the first half.

We run a shotgun offense. Will say it till the cows come home.

Didn't see the game. Going to watch it tomorrow night.

How did Reshad Jones, Clemons and our DBs do?

How did The WR corp and Clay do?

This is the end for me thinking we are a good team. Out of a bye first division game at home to the bills, if you can't win this one your going nowhere. Just my opinion

Wheeler didn't wrap up on that play...but he is so late on everything or lost in zone I'm done with that long haired trash...lack of instincts at lb shows ugly as hell on this team...Jenkins doesn't have any either...he only covers his assignment...trusnick if it's not poa inside the tackles is horrendous...

Unit full of athletes with zero instincts...

My fellow Fin fans....

We will be fine, we are just going through a "Glitch"....it's kinda like when apple screws up ..... no need to worry ....lol

Funny this seemed to work on half the country..........

Made this point earlier......the tackling on this defense is abysmal. That Fred Jackson conversion should not have happened and the Dolphins should have gotten the ball back after a long FG try for the Bills. Instead, Fred Jackson runs through a few tackles, converts, and the game is basically over. After that conversion, the Dolphins should have let the Bills score a TD and tried for a winning drive with 1:45 or so left. Instead, we let them run down the clock and leave nothing for the offense.

Those tackles are a problem no matter what help you give em or what you run...you can lie to yourself about it all you want...the only thing that might save those bums is a heavy read op o but then again they don't drive guys off the ball either...

They are so bad...make me want to punch walls

Martin is a better run blocker than pass pro but that's not saying much...Clabo is trash at both

But I thought Ireland was dead on lately? At least that is what I have read around here. It cracks me up. All we heard from those "in the know" was about the skill players. Get the skill players and that's all it takes to win the in NFL in the current passing era. Average oline will get you there. I guess what they are forgetting is that you need an upper echelon qb to win with that and those qb's are once in a decade normally.

I am not sure exactly what we need to do and we have plenty of football left but if we keep losing and it gets ugly, it may be time to have a fire sale and start over. I am not really sold on Mike Wallace anymore either. There is no chemistry between him and Tannehill and Wallace is route lazy at times. Of course this is a function of the poor oline play and crap play calling as well Tannehill trying not to die on the field. Too many variables to point out one single root cause, however I agree that our defense is not as people were advertising.

we'd have a great Defense if there were just 3 downs........

Didn't see the game. Going to watch it tomorrow night.

How did The WR corp and Clay do?

Clay looks good but Hes a function of the o...gets looks as much because of his versatility as his talent...Sherman running out of options in the red..getting by more with nice calls against defenses than win personnel now...

Wrs are solid...qb doesn't have time...can't let thing develop down field minus improv...jones is missing more tackles than last year Clemons is the same guy he's been...

And of course we wouldn't be talking about any of this if... Tanny puts a little more air under that Hartline throw!

Oh yes we still would...you don't just sweep the obvious problems under the rug...I don't at least

Losing to that drawn up on a napkin offense is putrid...

so unlike the rest of this site it seems, you are standing by tannehill? was that fumble on clabo? that pick six made me wonder, maybe that is the designed play yes but go to your next read
