Oh I know he's not Laundry bro. It's just that this board does that all the time. You and I both know people were calling for Ajayi to get cut cause he had a fumble in pre season. We started 1-4 so people wanted Gase fired. The list goes on. I'm not saying we need to wait 4 years on every player like we did with dallas thomas but this guy showed last year that he can play so he must not be 100% and it is frustrating but at the end of the day he's played what, 16 games so far?

Parker proved the last half of his rookie campaign he can play.

Kid has had an injury plagued sophomore season. It happens with young WRs a lot.
 
I guess I am also in the minority that doesnt think Parker will ever live up to his draft status as a true #1 WR. He mentally seems lazy and weak to me, I don't understand how a guy with those measurable's cannot seem to get any separation. And sadly we need him badly, and we need him to play much better than he has. I would like to see more of Caroo too, but coaches clearly feel hes not ready yet. But if Parker keeps up this type of pathetic play you just may see Caroo sooner than later.

People are out of their minds calling for a talent like Parker to be benched when he is injured.

You can spin it any way you'd like, but he has not been good. The injury excuses week in and week out really don't add up, given what I know about Hamstring injuries. However, I'm not an elite level athlete either. If what we're getting from him is the best he has to offer, it's probably not a good coaching decision to keep him out there every week. ANYONE willing or able to go 100% is almost always better than ANYONE only able to give 70%. Especially if keeping him out there every week makes it that much more difficult to fully heal.

I think the issue is something other than injuries, but I also think we need to give him more one on one jump ball opportunities. He's not really creating opportunities for himself, but we're also not giving him as many chances as we probably should - IF he's going to be out there anyways.
 
Parker sucks, the draft pick was a waste. But don't worry, we will give him another 2-3 years to suck before it's actually accepted that he sucks.
 
I'm very frustrated with Parker. Seems like the coaches want him to man up and play hurt and he seems to be trying but is ineffective. I'm starting to have doubts about how good he is. Many here, Hayden Fox especially, were nervous Parker wouldn't be able to get separation at the NFL level. Maybe he is right. If I was drafting I would stand clear of guys with Parkers demeanor. I'd go after smart players who love football and stand clear of aloof individuals with ability a la Parker/Jordan.

I'm starting to wonder about him also. We had Justin Hunter waived him and he's doing well in Buffalo.
 
Marcus Peters was the pick Miami should have made in 2015 given the benefit of hindsight. Parker will likely go the way of Justin Hunter and become a journeyman way too early in his career. WR and defensive back 7 will be viable first round picks next year. Gase rolls with Tannehill in 2017 whether he likes him or not.
 
Parkers not exactly getting a lot of opportunities in fairness to him. He needs more targets we seen flashes of him being dynamic. Don't give up on him yet the talent is there. Also the new found run game is hurting all the WRs targets. Let's see how the 2nd half of the year plays out.
