Hope Devante Parker

I wish we could have kept Matthews. He had a good connection with Ryan and he's really starting to come on for the titans now.

Because guys try to play even when they aren't 100% ... hamstrings are notoriously annoying injuries. Do you recall last year desean jackson hurt his vs us week 1 and wasn't right the whole season
 
So glad a lot of people on this board are not our coach.
 
I like how some defended him, but none of your words convince me that he's a bust. He is too slow and can't get any separation at all.

We don't have anyone else. I'm not sure why they haven't addressed this if Parker's hammy is such an issue. Carroo had his chance last week when Stills left the game. he played 53.4% of the snaps last week. He's clearly not ready.

I believe you meant "not a bust" :lol:

But some of us are defending him because we realize he is playing hurt. Do you understand how the hamstring injury affects someone? How did he look the last half of last year? Seemed to do damn well. If he does go down as a bust it won't be because of his talent but likely a combination of injuries and lack of heart possibly

ouch...I was thinking it may be time for more caroo less dvp to let that hammy heal up and give him spot run but I didn't know caroo played that much and gave us nothing

There is game tape this year(New England game) and last year(final 6 games) that proves Parker can be dominate. He has definitely been a disappointment thus far, but we have half the season left. Remember a month ago we were the worst team in the NFL. We had no running games, no defense, and the worst oline, and boy has that changed, so its never to late to turn it around. I wish they would be proactive in trying to get him healthy if that is the major problem right now. I would not be opposed to leaving him behind this week like we did to Jay in week 1. Let him rest the hamstring and try to motivate him going forward.
 
People keep ignoring the fact that Parker goes through hell trying to get off press coverage.

And if you can't get off press it's going to be hard for QBs to look at you very often or for very long.

I keep saying it, but Parker is coming off as soft at the NFL level, and it's questionable how much he loves football.
 
Remember when we should've traded Pouncey because he wasn't a need on the team anymore? That was a great idea.
