You were probably the same fans that were happy the Dolphins won a couple of games at the end of last year... Andrew Luck sitting there...... LOL

You people say, "Hes not a guarantee, Look at Ryan Leaf"

Well people, would you have felt better on April 27th 2012 knowing the Dolphins had the #1 pick? Or having the #8 pick?

Andrew Luck was CANT MISS!!! THE CURSE FINALLY LIFTED!!! But NOOOOO!!!!

Ive been a fan of this team longer than a large portion of you people, this past 20 years has been a joke!!

I can honestly Say Jay Feidler was the best Qb this team has had since Marino!

Steven Ross was probably watching NFL network while in his bath tub of his million dollar Get away and got a boner that only Viagra could supply him... Little did he know that Tannenhill probably wasnt even the best QB in his own Conference!!!

These are the words of a Big 12 Scout before the draft:

"There are talks about teams moving up to #3 to pick this guy up as a qb. Am I not mistaken, or was he not the fifth best quarterback in the Big 12 last year!?

I get that he's a nice athlete with a good arm, but he struggled with decision making in college. What's going to happen in the NFL? I think this is really unfair to Tannenhill, although I'm sure his agent just thinks this is fricken awesome.

As far as I can tell, he's a very nice young man and a quality young football player, but #3 seems overwhelmingly high to me. I was thinking this guy would be 4th or 5th round pick with a team taking a chance on his talent."

And I'm several years older than the OP.

Suffered long before he came around but it's all irrelevant.

This team has snubbed its nose at the QB position for many years now. We finally address it and people get mad.

Strange fan base.
 
I thought it was a good pick but should we let him battle it out with Moore and Gerard for the number one spot?

Without question.

Tannehill is not ready to start tomorrow.

Look at Tannehill the same way you would look at your 15 year-old son who just got his license and wants the keys to your red Corvette.

Dude needs to sit back and learn for a bit before he's turned loose with something he's not yet equipped to handle.

Matt Moore should start every single game this season and Tannehill should get some late season mop-up duty.
 
Get a grip man, you for one should be happy, but it's guys like you that come on this site with all of that negative BS, go find another team to support or not support, this is trying to do what's best for the organization, first you say they need a QB and then they get one, and you well it's not who I would have picked, are an expert? I betcha you called Ireland with all of this knowledge, I've been a fan of the fins for 45 years and I also would question some of the moves as a fan but i will never say or demean them because they didn't pick the person I wanted them too. Let optimism come out of your mouth instead of criticism on everything they do.
