I remember watching him play last year and thought he was way too skinny for a LB. Looking back at these pics and I still feel that way. If Kiko is going to play MLB, imo, he needs to bulk up in order to take that pounding and to protect himself from further injuries. He is a freak of an athlete, when healthy, but I think at MLB he would be much better served adding about 15-20 lbs to his frame.

Last year he was listed at 6'3", 238, which is what he measured coming into the league. He hasn't added to his frame in 3 years. By contrast Conner Barwin is 6'4", 264. Patrick Willis was 6'1", 240. Hell, Zach Thomas was 5'11", 242. Even Koa Misi, who is the same height, plays at 255. IMO, he needs to increase his frame and everything else will follow.

Also, in comparison, Sean Lee is of similar frame and hasn't played a compete season in the league since 2010.

He also might want to consider wearing a cup. LMAO! :bobdole:

Well the issue with bulking up that I see is that with a torn acl that had a graft relapse with a partial tear....

You bulk him up and make him heavier then you increase the force on that knee graft.

What he needs to do is aggressively work on his lower body muscle.strength to support the knee.

Last time Miami had a player from Oregon bulk up, they were suspended, just saying....

Sean Lee is the king of unlucky injuries.

His size/frame had nothing to do with his toe injury, ACL, or concussion(s).

Miami better pray to Kneesus Christ that he stays healthy

Miami needs t be smart and take the best LB available with the top pick. Absolutely nothing wrong with stacking a nice LB group.
