Hoping that Bullygate falls on Ireland's shoulders.

We are facked if Ross needs this report to fire ireland

I'm not sure why anyone would wish such a thing on someone, anyone.

I want Ireland gone as well, but to wish something like that another human being is bit disturbing to me.

FH has their share of classless pigs here. They all come out of the wood work to enjoy each others misery.

The same people who bitch about Ireland asking Dez about his whore mother, are the same ones who use such language to talk down Ireland. Hypocrites?:ponder:

When it comes down to it, the Martin issue should fall on the GM. If he runs a tight ship his coaches aren't letting that sort of thing get out of hand. Be a weak GM and the inmates run the asylum.

Unless a majority of the hazing took place outside team facilities. And if you argue other wise, than the thought police are the people you need to call. They can be reached at MSNBC and Rev. AL Sharpton is the man to speak to.

Are you hitting on me???

BullyGate?!! we already know he paid $30k to keep "Golfgate" outta the press and keep Incog on the roster. ain't that enough?

Not when the league agreed to it ala ben rapelisberger.

Spare me please! This doesn't fall on the GM or the coaches. It falls squarly on the weak minded sissy that walked out on his team. I'm not being an Ireland fan here, it is his pick. But at least put the blame where it goes. Martin.

Well he did draft the vagina

I'm not a fan of Martin, but if he doesn't get hazed he probably doesn't freak out and quit. Who runs that show on that team? If it happened at any other office building there would be repercussions for that GM too. No business can allow to have their product effected by employee behavior outside the norms. A business takes it's cues from it's leaders, it's bosses, it's GMs. If your GM is weak then everything downstream is weaker.

Unfortunately, Irelands job is to find players. Philbins to manage them.

If anything, more blame lies with Philbin. And perhaps Ross for wanting to bring in choirboys and saints into a lions den.

No, more blame does not fall on Philbin or Ross. martin is FAR from a "choirboy" in his own right. Philbin knew martin was not the answer at his current level of play, it was obvious.

The failure is with the man tasked with finding players. He has not found players for this franchise in 6 years. He can find problems, wannabes and busts readily but he can't assemble NFL talent and he creates more problems than he solves.

We're talking about Bullygate. It's well known that players chosen are suggested and approved by coaches. IE: Tannehill, Egnew.

But once drafted, they become the coaches main responsibility in my mind. Trying to blame Ireland for every indiscretion is incorrect. A locker room issues tells me that Philbin doesn't have control of this team. Ireland has little to do with the locker room. Ireland doesn't do the contacts. Aponte does. Don't under estimate that Philbin (Chosen by Ross) had some authority that put pressure on Ireland to cooperate. Martin sounds like the type of personality Ross and Philbin wanted.

Football isn't a normal business. There is a business side to football but the players aren't involved in that. As far as hazing goes it happens in every locker room.

Life is about learning from your mistakes.

I hope Jeff Ireland, should he continue his endeavor here, would look deeper at a prospect and never hire a kid who has liberal jackhole lawyer parents ever again.

Blame belongs in the entire organization. To tell me that none of the coaches had a clue about the antics that Incognito gets into? To have an environment where Martin felt so alienated where the MEDIA was a better option to unburden his soul than to the team?

From top on down. Ireland for drafting this pansy. The coaches for being out of touch with the players.

As I mentioned in another thread, there is a leadership void on this coaching staff. It was apparent in our final two games.
