Grant needs to bring something else to the game or else he's going to find himself out of a job next season. Also Carpenter is a bully. After the hit he proceed to stand over him when Grant was on the floor well out of bounds.

There's nothing macho or manly about standing over a tackled, out of bounds player who ran back a line drive kick you made.
If you think that kind of behavior shouldn't be flagged then IMO you need counseling.
