We point some fingers towards our offensive coordinator. I never understood why Murlakey even got the job running our offense. He was up and down during his time with Pittsburgh, he did absolutely nothing with Buffalo, and now look what he's doing to our Fins.
It seems like he took a lesson from Jeff Bowden at FSU. His offensive coordinator is horrendous. We have a back like Ronnie matched up against one of the worst Rush D's in the NFL. But does ol' Mike pound the ball?? The answer is no... only gives Ronnie 14 carries for an entire game?? That is ridiculous!! Then a half-back pass call for a 2 point conversion?? Lets not even get into that.
Mike Murlakey needs to adjust his gameplans and Saban needs to intervene as a head coach and make sure Ronnie gets at least 25 carries a game. Simple rule in football... If you abandon the run, you're almost always going to lose the game.
