QB, WR, possible TE?, RG, RT, Pass-rushing LB/DE, MLB? FS? and with only about $5 million left in cap space? we must be rebuilding
How are we going to fill all these holes?

Honestly. At this point. I wish we would just go ahead and start the rebuilding process. We just have to many holes and not enough play makers to compete.
We have more than $5 million in space. Yes Soliai and Marshall ate up space, but the way the contracts are written is important. I believe it was said we still have aound $10 million.
Once we finally give up the Peyton dream, it is possible we can still get Winston and Flynn. Maybe even Manningham. Then we have to hope we can address some of those other issues in the draft. Get a pass rusher in the first round, maybe another WR in the 2nd, tight end and safety in the 3rd. The offseason is still salvageable, it just is going to take a LOT of work to do so.

Wow...trade Marshall and we went from playoff contention to bottom feeders...geez louis.stop listening to la can fora.a qb,pass rusher,WR,RT and besides fleener where are you gettin a seam buster TE?allen and Charles aren't better than clay to me..we still have free agency and four picks in the first three rounds..please at least wait at least a week into free agency.
No see a rebuilding team flushes players to create cap space. Lots of cap space. And then drafts and develops players. One of our big problems, were we to even actually "rebuild," is that we have shown ourselves to be incapable of developing skill position players. We draft them sure, but while everyone else finds gems in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th rounds, we seem to take guys that are slow to learn and contribute. In other words, we can't develop the talent we draft for ****. Our rooks, unless they are linemen, almost never contribute very much in their first year. Is it because we hold back our rookies instead of finding ways to utilize their raw talent? Perhaps.

You panic, try to plug the holes with FAs, fail over and over, and then eventually come to the conclusion that the whole thing needs to be blown up. We blew it all up after 2007. And it won't be blown up again until after Ireland is gone. My only hope is that the remnants of the Parcells era (Ireland) don't sabotage what seems like a promising coaching staff.
