how are you 12-4 and get blown out in the 1st round

Probably Satan; no wonder Belichick walks around like he has no soul...he sold it!

Interesting that you mention that since he always seems to be wearing too much clothing. He must be really cold up here.

Jacksonville had an easy schedule and were overachievers, don't mean to take everything away from them... but New England is the last anyone would want to be playing right now (especially at home).

You need to have a dynamic offense to beat NE. Jax doesn't have one. We would have given the Pats a better game.

Jville seemed to just give up on the running game early huh?

Yeah, like after their 2nd series. Actaully it was quite strange. Jax came out like they were going to play a conservative 3 yards and a cloud of dust type gameplan, then swicthed to shotgun 3 or 4 wide for the rest of the game. Strange!!!! I really didn't think they would win, but for about 20 minutes, real time not football time, I thought thye might make it interesting. Guess not. As soon as Watson scored I had the game over.

How did Jacksonville lose?

The Patriot front seven is healthy and was stellar today.

Tom Brady had a very efficient day proving once again why he's the best player in the NFL.

You guys are acting like the Jags lost to the Texans today...they went to New England, the toughest place in the NFL to play a winter game in and faced the two time defending champions...I'm surprised they did'nt lose by 40.

That was a joke of a game. Jacksonville had their chances, and didn't cash in with points. You can't keep missing opportunities to score points against the Patriots. Eventually, they will bust the game open and it will be a blowout (as was the case in this game).

But seriously, the Jags did look really bad. I know several teams, including Miami, that could have put up a better fight than that. Leftwich has never proven himself as a playoff QB. I would like to see them drop Leftwich and go with the other guy next season. If they keep Leftwich around, they will become victim to "The Leftwich Limp". :D

It was what 7-3 at halftime? Jax is still up and coming, they werent ready to beat a healthy pats team at home in the playoffs, if thats a crime then Peyton Manning would be in jail right now. Jack Del Rio is a good coach, blasting him is just stupid fan crap plain and simple. Jax didnt make the schedule, they had a weak schedule, finished 12-4 thats life. Yea if KC or SD had their schedule they would have made it, but they didnt, cry me a river.

Jags didn't really play anyone. They also started a rusty QB you saw what he gave up.

I've seen it all..Jaxonville wins 75 percent of their games...and get blown out...I've seen it all...seen it all...I would fire the whole coaching staff..miami would have put up a bigger fight

It doesnt matter what you did during the season. The playoff are completelly different. You have to prepare, and game plan for a good team knowing that it's a win or go home scenario. This is where good coaching comes into play. The team that prepares the best and attacks their opponent weakenesses better usually win. That's why NE does so well..BB always has them ready and well prepared to play.

Jax was 12-4 because of their cupcake schedule....looks like the Jag players were totally in awe of the Patriots and they quickly rolled over. Del Rio should be ashamed at the way his team played....or did not play.
